Justin has emailed a day later then usual this week due to another holiday falling upon there preparation day. Seems like there has been a few of them holidays falling on Monday's; anyways, Justin told us even the back-up plan fell through this holiday. Since the public libraries were closed, the back-up of using the family history center computer at the church did not happen either. Justin said after a hour of trying to get the computer to connect to the network; they learned that they had hardwares issues and a new modem and router had been ordered. Thus, our weekly "You Got Mail" happened today. Justin explained that they actually ended up at another library due to the computers being down at the library where they normal email; and the two community computers at Albany State University were unavailable with there schedules.
Justin says the weather has turned into the sub-tropic storm season; that it gets wet and dreary. However, the members seem to keep the Elders informed on the weather and approaching storms, etc.
Justin was super excited; they had one of there investigators show up to church last Sunday. His name is Joe. Justin said Joe is a great guy, that he recognizes the spirit and he thoroughly enjoyed church. Justin is really excited for him, so much so that Justin mentioned that twice in his email, wonder if he realized that.
Justin told us all to "stay cool" and sends his love, your Elder of Albany.

Snack Anyone ?
Justin is doing well. Just that I have been slacking or rather busy & have not updated. Justin managed to send home some "wonderful" boiled peanuts. I will say that they must be an acquired taste, maybe I need to try the Cajun flavored ? Or see if they are used in recipes or something else. Just plain, out of the can is not the best.
It was good to chat with Justin on Mothers day for a few minutes. He sounds great. He is doing really well & loves the area he is in. I am surprised he has been in this area as long as he has already. I told him to make sure he shows Elder Vincent (his new companion this last transfer) the area & what not; because I would be shocked if he is there much longer.
Next month Justin will have been out for 6 months. Time is really fling by for the Elder Brimhall. Justins regular post mail was short and sweet. Alot of southern y'all ; do not know if he was trying to be funny or if he is getting some south has worn off on him. .
