What else to say other then December is a crazy month.
Justin started this month off with a transfer from Pensacola to Quincy. In the drop off & pick-up areas in the mission for transfers, Justin ran into Bart Brimhall; One of Anthony's cousins. Bart was taking the Elders from his area down to the transfer spot. He knew Justin was in the mission, but had no clue as what area he was serving in. Bart recognized Elder Brimhall at the transfer spot & snapped some pictures on his phone, along with a short voice message and sent them to us. What a nice surprise.
Justin sounded really good on his call home for Christmas. They are continually being fed by the members of the Quincy branch.
Quincy branch is around 20 - 30 members Justin tells us. With the missionaries almost being a quarter of that. They have a set of Spanish Elders also in Quincy; along with the trio; makes up 5 Elders for that little town.
Christmas was good for Justin; the mission had a get together and he was able to see MTC companions and prior companions and they were fed by the members. One member family has adopted a tradition of having the Missionaries over for dinner and then having them help decorate the tree in the house and then moving out into the yard and decorating a rather large tree in the yard. Justin now has been introduced to "tinsel" The Elders covered the tree in the yard.
Hopefully we will get a few more pictures in the near future.
